“Account does not exist”

I’ve been stuck setting up the DGX-spark
Can’t get a response to this issue

When I try to get an API key it says “Account does not exist”.

We are looking into this and will respond with better instructions

Its absurd how long it takes to gain access!
I spent 4K $ and I’m not using it because I can’t get the API key….

I have not received the email with instructions

I have escalated this issue with the proper team. Hopefully we can get this figured out soon.

Hi @dgallion1, we may have identified the problem. Can you send me a screenshot of the error you see so I can confirm and we can document the symptom?

Your organization’s NGC account was created before NVIDIA Cloud Accounts were introduced is not currently associated with any NCA account. This is required for in order to generate an API Key and is leading to the error you are seeing.

In order to create an NCA account please go to https://cloudaccounts.nvidia.com/ and click on “Create Cloud Account.” Once you have completed this process you can view the account and copy the NCA ID from the URL as seen in the following example:
