The current version is supported on both Windows (XP,Vista) and linux distributions by using Mono.
The library is free for use and available in linux by using Mono.

I am a CUDA newbie that just went through the pain of relearning sufficient C++ to link my C# code through it to the cuda runtime, but I will almost certainly be looking for the most direct route between the two in the future. So I’ll be checking this out. Thanks!
