I recently registered an account on ://nvidia.com to test and prototype AI workflows, but I am currently unable to generate API keys. I am receiving the restriction banner: “Please contact support to verify your account” along with the message “No API Key Permissions” in my personal organization.
I have already contacted email support but my verification is still pending. Could a moderator or staff member please assist in manually reviewing and approving my account?
Use Case / Purpose:
I am a developer prototyping and evaluating autonomous AI agents (such as the Hermes Agent framework). I plan to test and benchmark serverless inference utilizing the hosted NIM APIs (like Llama-3.3-70b-instruct and Nemotron-3 Nano Omni) for non-commercial personal research and development.
I understand that account verification requires manual review. Please let me know who I can send my registered email and NVIDIA Cloud Account ID to via Direct Message (DM) so you can locate and verify my profile safely.
