Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to get API access to NVIDIA NIM on build.nvidia.com for development, but my account is currently stuck.

  • I see a red banner stating: “Please contact support to verify your account.”
  • My API Keys page displays: “No API Key Permissions. You do not have permissions to create API Keys in this Organization.”

Could you please manually verify my account and enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal organization?
