Archiconda error on jetson tx2

I run the command below.

nvidia@ubuntu:~$ python3.8 --version
Python 3.8.0

Then, I tried following Anaconda for Jetson Nano - #12 by krunal again.
But, I got the same error again…
I don’t know what;'s the problem…
