At the moment I have 2 indentical devices, but after a reboot I saw this

I dont remember doing anything that triggers this update, my question is, is this automatic ? what commands can trigger this update ?
apt-get update apt-get upgrade ?

The problem is that after this update, the rest of my sistem faild due to a specific camera driver made by a 3rd party that requires a specific kernel version

I will re flash the device , but I want to be sure that this don’t happen again, specialy in a automatic way.
The device are connected to the internet all the time, I and want to disable any kind of automatic update
