This issue is not limited to Linux: GPU is stuck to maximun power state at idle when using multiple monitors
If I connect 3 monitors, my GPU gets stuck at P0 and wastes energy. It happens on Windows, Linux (X11, Wayland and even on TTY, with no process running).
