the recommended way (especially for Xavier series) is to burn all fuses together instead of burning fuses step-by-step.

That’s not a solution. The manual clearly states “The following fuses are available for the system designer to use for burning during the product lifetime.” in a chapter titled “ODM Field Programmable Fuses”. With these fuses we cannot do the burning in a one step approach. They need to be available during the product lifetime, and lockable separately with the FUSE_ODM_LOCK function. I think we are going in loops.
This topic has been open for 9 months now, and nvidia is not doing much to make it move forward. I think this needs to improve if the Jetson is targeted for use in industrial products. Do you have any support channels other than this forum?
How do you implement your ratcheting mechanism? This also make use of these fuses if I’m not mistaken. So surely it’s not prevented by hardware.
