Can I redistibute the cudart64_110.dll file?

I have a simulation model (as a exe file. Complied by C/C++) using GPU to simulate water flow.
The model needs cudart64_110.dll at the same folder of the model.
Can I redistribute cudart64_110.dll file with the simulation model exe file?
