It seems to be impossible to change my primary email address. The system always returns a message that “email cannot be changed at this time”. Tried it several times using different browsers. Could you please look into this?

Yes, I have tried these steps several times. I get the same error message all the time.
Please send me your old address and the new address to me in a private message. I will then forward this information to the team that manages the authentication platform.
