Cannot see the course purchased in Nvidia DLI

Hi, I purchased the course “Getting Started with Accelerating Computing with Modern CUDA C++” but I cannot see the course in My Learning page.

The order confirmation mail says that " We will process your order and send you another email with details of how to access your purchase." I sent the email to dli-help@nvidia.com, but haven’t got any response yet. Is there something wrong?

I don’t see anything listed for you under DLI. Is this an NVIDIA Academy course by chance?

No this is DLI course called: Getting Started with Accelerating Computing with Modern CUDA C++.
I also got the order confirmation mail and the order number is 69044.

I found that the transaction for the purchase has been cancelled. I don’t understand what happended, but somehow there was something wrong in the order and that seems to be why the course was not processed correctly. Can you checkout on this? Whether this is something wrong from my side or the system
