I ordered the DLI course “Fundamentals of Accelerated Computing with CUDA Python”; I paid; I have the receipt, order number, and customer ID; and I have contacted customer service (both firstname.lastname@example.org and the chat) repeatedly.
Checking my order status online shows only “Order Status: Order Received”
I have been waiting for over two weeks for the email with the download information for the course (my receipt from purchase indicates I will receive a second email with download instructions). What is going on? Has anyone else encountered this?
