Can't create an NGC API Key

Much like the closed issue here:

Cannot get NGC key to run remote container

Hi! I am trying to run Isaac sim remotely with an azure or aws container, however whenever I try to generate the NGC key as it says in the documentation ([3. Deploy to Cloud — Omniverse Robotics documentation]). It tells me to select my nvdia account, and every time it tells me to set my profile as in this picture: [Selection_086] However, When I click submit it does not do anything else and the page freezes. Thank you in advance.

On clicking the submit button, the page stalls with the submit button greyed out. Console shows messages about endpoints erroring:

I’ve tried the following with no success:

• different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
• different OSs (Ubuntu 20.04, Windows 10)
• two different NVIDIA accounts

And what finally worked… the submission fails if you enter a URL in the “Organization URL” field. Remove that, and it goes through…

That page needs to be fixed, and report failures properly, given it’s a blocking entrypoint to the entire ecosystem.

p.s. Another bug: organisation names can have spaces, but the form doesn’t allow this.
