Can't create Vulkan swapchain with 750M on Xubuntu 16.04 with nvidia-387

Trying to create a vulkan swapchain with vkCreateSwapchainKHR fails with VK_ERROR_OUT_OF_HOST_MEMORY on my Asus N550JV running Xubuntu 16.04 and nvidia-387. This also happens when running the Vulkan API samples. The code works on my stationary computer.

Does anyone else have this issue? I would really like to be able to use my laptop.

This is a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming release from the 387 branch.

I can confirm that it works perfectly again with 387.34 for me :)
