Hello NVIDIA team,
I am seeking assistance regarding a confirmed interview for requisition JR2021416 that was scheduled for August 21, 2026.
I attempted to join the Microsoft Teams meeting before the scheduled start time, but I was unable to enter the meeting or be admitted. I remained available, tried the meeting link several additional times, and contacted the interview coordinator immediately in accordance with the instructions in the confirmation email. I later sent a follow-up message but have not yet received a response.
After the scheduled interview time, I noticed that the application status in Candidate Home had changed to “Declined.” I did not withdraw my application or decline the interview, and I did not receive a cancellation or rejection email.
Could someone please help route this matter to the appropriate recruiting or HR team to verify whether the interview was canceled or whether the application status may have been updated in error? I would also be grateful if the team could advise whether the interview may be rescheduled.
I can provide the interview confirmation, screenshots, coordinator information, and other identifying details through a private channel if needed. I remain very interested in the opportunity.
