Connecting Hard disk with Jetson Nano

Is it possible to connect 2TB hard disk with Jetson Nano? If yes,then is it possible to boot the Jetson Nano OS from the hard disk?

To connect with a 2TB hard disk should be no issue, but not support to boot from hard disk.
