I have to install CUDA and cuDNN on my laptop having RTX 3070 GPU (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU). Kindly guide me and advise which version of CUDA and cuDNN is fully compatible with Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04.
