You may run this pipeline for profiling performance:
$ gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location= sample_1080p_h265.mp4 ! qtdemux ! h265parse ! nvv4l2decoder ! fpsdisplaysink text-overlay=0 video-sink=fakesink sync=0 -v
