DeepStream 6.2 on Jetson Nano

Please provide complete information as applicable to your setup.

• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU) Jetson Nano
• DeepStream Version 6.0.0
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only) 4.6.2

Thank you for releasing DeepStream 6.2. I would like to use DeepStream 6.2 on my Jetson Nano hardware. The release webpage says dependency is JetPack 5.1; however, I cannot install JetPack 5.1 on Jetson Nano - SDKManager will now allow for it. Currently, my Jetson Nano has JetPack 4.6.2

How can I get DeepStream 6.2 to run on Jetson Nano?

Thank you

DeepStream 6.2 is released with Jetpack JP5.1, which doesn’t support Jetson Nano.
Jetson Nano is supported on JP4.6.3, the corresponding version of DeepStream is 6.0.

Does that mean Jetson Nano will only support DeepStream 6.0 SDK forever? In otherwords, Jetson Nano is a discontinued product? :(

Jetson Nano can only use DS6.0, please refer to the description of Jetson Nano in the roadmap: Jetson Software Roadmap for 2H-2021 and 2022 - Jetson & Embedded Systems / Announcements - NVIDIA Developer Forums

Yes, I understand at this point Jetson Nano can only use DS6.0. However, the decision to have two versions of DS6.x does not make sense to me. Furthermore, the new Gstreamer plugins that are available in DS6.2 cannot be used by Jetson Nano at this point. Sorry, but this seems like a software mess to me. Perhaps, Nvidia should have released DS7.0 for Jetpack 5.1 and kept on including Gstreamer plugins in both DS6.x and DS7.x.
