Deepstream python application 'no module named pyds'

I installed the latest SDK on Jetpack 4.4 and tried running the python application deepstream_imagedata_multistream.py and got the following error: libnvds_meta.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. The same error shows when I try running other python apps, something that was not an issue in the previous Deepstream/Jetpack version. I ran setup.py in the libraries folder and the error persists. Is there anything I could try?

@salmannadeem1997,

You may refer this:

I tried changing the import pyds line in the script to bindings.jetson import pyds, and I am getting pretty much the same error, i.e. 'ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘bindings’. I am running the examples from the deepstream installation path just like the comment in the forum you referred.

please provide your setup info
