DGX Spark Boot Hang at "EFI stub" after Kernel 6.17 / Driver 570-server Upgrade Issue

Hi

Received my new DGX Spark and encounter this issue

Trigger: Ran sudo apt upgrade, which updated the kernel from 6.11 to 6.17 and installed nvidia-driver-570-server.

Symptoms: System hangs consistently at EFI stub: Exiting boot services… on all kernels (6.11, 6.17, and Recovery Modes).

Attempted booting with nomodeset and dis_ucode_ldr: Results in a flashing screen error: driver nvidia failed with error -1. Attempted init=/bin/bash:

The kernel loads and mounts the filesystem as ro (Read-Only), but the system hangs at the EXT4-fs mount message and does not provide a functional # prompt.

I am stuck at the Grub page and no way to load the OS

Not sure why it installed nvidia-driver-570-server, did you install any custom packages after initial setup?
Installing unsupported drivers may affect your system. I would recommend reimaging your system with the recovery image
