DGX Spark Software Updates - July 2026 Release

DGX Spark software updates began rolling out today, as a part of our July 2026 Release. Partner GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip systems may lag slightly behind.

What’s New:

Improved Memory Management - the included driver in this release includes enhancements to Out-of-Memory (OOM) handling with GB10’s unified memory architecture. User feedback is now available when the system encounters memory pressure, improving robustness and reliability when operating larger models.

Adjustable Display Reserved Memory - the Display Reserved Memory can now be toggled between 2GB (default) and 4GB. Workflows that require displaying many applications and windows will benefit from the larger display memory carveout. Users in “appliance mode” do not need to change default settings.

Enterprise Management Feature Enhancements - Cloud-Init initialization framework now supports the following network protocols, in addition to direct USB connection: DHCP, HTTP, TFTP.

Cloud-init adds support for customization of NVIDIA-provided “FastOS” recovery image for DGX Spark Founder’s Edition, in addition to existing support for customization of DGX OS.
