I’m scouring nvidia GPU offerings for something that can compute the covariance matrix for [rgb] intensities of an image region. or even just a single channel grey scale. openCV for example has calcCovarMatrix. Looking for the NVIDIA equivalent for GPU. Thx for any trailheads. and I don’t yet know what CUBLAS or .thrush is. seems to be related but might be very old. Drinking from firehose continues. Thanks for any insights/pointers. Best.
