DOCA-2.5/2.6 flow MAF has a major performance drop THAN doca-2.2.0

Our app was developed base on DOCA2.2.0 from the start.
we use doca-flow libs mainly for NAT, the snat and dnat was processed in two pipes which called snat_pipe and dnat_pipe, the size of both piepe is the same 2M;
WHEN the pipes was full of MAF RULES ，linespeed(10Gbps) can be reached whater the pkts are short as 64B or long as 1514B;
However, when we upgraded DOCA version to 2.5 or 2.6, the flow pipe’s MAF performance degraded seriously, it can not run as the linespeed at all, the performance degradation is about 30% , because when the tester send packtes speed exceeds 7Gbs , packets droping appears! The faster the tester sending ,the more packets was drop by app.
dose any one meet the same problem?
This is a serious problem. How can this happen? Have you guys do a complete test!

Based on your description, we will require complete results from both versions and tests in order to understand the behavior. This is because, based on our Release Notes for DOCA 2.6.0, we have not identified this as a known issue → NVIDIA DOCA Release Notes - NVIDIA Docs

I sent mails to that mail addrees, but they told me that I should provide the “entitlement certificate” ! Unfortunately, I have no entitlement certificate!
I can not find it from the dpu vendor either!
Must I have to pay extra to get certificate?
In fact , i dont think i need the enterprise support。
I just want to feed back the issues of doca!
