Does PGI matches with ABAQUS

Dear Guys,

Does any person have experience to use the PGI compiler for the Abaqus. Is it possible to use the PGI as the Abaqus compiler.

If we can, For Abaqus 6.9.3 (64bit), what kind of PGI version can we use?

Hi Wei,

Unfortunately, I don’t know. The best I can tell from their web site, they only support Intel Visual Fortran 10 and 11. It doesn’t mean that it wont work with PGI, just that Abaqus doesn’t support it.

Hopefully another user can answer but you might consider sending a note to Abaqus’ support.
