Weird, you and I run basically the same stuff, except you have a 4070 Super and an AMD (?) CPU I have a regular 4070 and an Intel CPU. I also don’t currently have the modules loaded in initramfs because I needed to test if the flip event disappeared. I ran: journalctl | grep ddcutil No segfault, nothing in dmesg either.

A workaround is to load the module from initramfs.
