Eigenvalues and eigenvectors

Hi! I would like to calculate the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of a matrix but it is NOT symmetric… It is a generic one. Now it is 94 x 94 but in the future it could be much bigger… If there any method or lybrary to calculate it? What would be the best implementation?

If the matrix is not symmetric it is not called eigenvalues and eigenvectors, but singular vectors and singular values.
