Enable CUDA-aware MPI

Hi

I am using NVIDIA HPC SDK 21.5 with openmpi 3.1.5 installed within NVIDIA package. I want to know if the cuda aware MPI is automatically enabled or I have to add flag in the compilation to enable it.
