Enabling Jeston TX2 GPU.

When ever i run python and computer vision applications(Programs) it always runs on TX2 CPU. How do i enable my GPU so that python and computer vision programs run on jetson’s GPU. I run the "sudo jtop"command to check the GPU utilization of TX2, it never touched 20%.
