Error in VisualProfiler while running OpenCL app Program run #3 failed, exit code: 62097

I recived this error while profiling my app:

Program run #3 failed, exit code: 62097
Error in program execution.

What it could be? There is nohing in sderr about any failed OpenCL runtime calls from app itself, just VisualProfiler complain.
