Error while running DS-test2 python app

Hi,
I am trying to run DS-test2 python application but getting error like

Resolved issue
I had not proper code base. common folder was missing.

But getting error like :

The last DeepStream release is DeepStream 4.0.2, would you try DeepStream 4.0.2 ?

Actually for DS-4.0.2 i will have to upgrade tensorRT version and cuda version that affects the model which i trained on TLT.
It is possible to run this on DS-3.?

Really sorry for late response! From the error log, some proprities are missed, so looks it should be due to the old DS version issue.
