Error while using rtsp sink

I am having the following error while trying to use RTSP sink.

But the port is not in use before running the application. After the application start I have this.

$ sudo netstat -tulpn | grep 8554
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:8554            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      848375/./rtsp_restr

I need assistance in understanding the error and resolving

• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU): Jetson Orin
• DeepStream Version: 6.3
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only): 5.1.2
• TensorRT Version: 8.5.2.2

It seems there is an application binding port 8554. Can you change your current application’s port to another port and check if this issue still exists?

Are you running a sample code? Please share the reproducing steps if possible.

The error is there regardless of the port I am using.
I am trying to run “deepstream-6.3/sources/apps/sample_apps/deepstream-testsr” app

It seems that there is a problem with the network service on your device. Could you try to test that with the gst-rtsp-server first?
