Extended EMMC can not to be operated

A SDINBDA4-64G EMMC is connected to SDIO Pins on our carrier board.
Now it can be read size information, but can no operation can be performed.
Run fdisk or mkfs.ext4, the application suspend ,no information/log output.

I found some abnormal information when the system startup.
Please guide me how to do it.
