As per Meta legal governance for Llama 3.2 VLM license, Llama 3.2 11B and 90B are geo-fenced and restricted from access in EU. Could you confirm whether you are trying to access this model from EU?

Alternately, you can try Nemotron Nano V2 VLM. This VLM NIM does not have any geographical restrictions.
