I have debian 11 (5.10.0-13-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.106-1 (2022-03-17) x86_64 GNU/Linux) with RTX 3060 Laptop (Dell G15), with nvidia driver 515.43.04 (disabled hybrid graphics in BIOS, driver is installed from nvidia official debian apt repo), when the laptop blank out screen for a couple of hours, any keys will not wake up the screen, the kernel or nvidia related command returned GPU has fallen off bus.
It was working well with Debian 11 shipped nvidia driver version.
