Hardware documentation for the Jetson Nano

I may be dense…

I can not locate hardware documentation. e.g.:

• Module Specifications.
• Module Design Guide.
• The SoC model on the Nano
• SoC Datasheet
• SoC Technical Reference Manual

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi berk.akinci, we will be releasing the Jetson Nano design files closer to when the production Nano module will be available in June.

The SoC TRM is the same as the TX1 TRM, with a few minor updates that we will be making. But for now you can reference the TX1 TRM: [url]http://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/tegra-x1-technical-reference-manual[/url]

You should be able to find all Jetson Nano related HW doc from Jetson Download Center | NVIDIA Developer
