High RAM usage on Jetson Orin Nano Super when idleing

Hi, I got my Jetson a while ago, and for some reason, the RAM usage was always high (~6GB) even when idle, so I can’t load any model to GPU since it will always crash with the CUDA fail to allocate memory error, is there a solution to this?

It appears that my L4T version is r36.4.7, will be installing the patch later, thanks!

Also, will the patch be included in the upcoming JetPack 7.0 update?

Hi,

Current JetPack 7.0 and 7.1 don’t support the Orin series.
But the future release will have Orin support with the fix.

Thanks! Also, is it possible to upgrade JetPack 6.2.1 to the new JetPack 7.X without losing any data?
