How can connect sensor to jetson tk1

Hello everyone! Me need connect some sensors, so how: gyroscope, voltmeter, accelerometer, and also need send data from jetson on mobile phone (sms) and web server(http protocol).

  1. How can connect sensors, sensor consist of 3 pin(5v, ground, signal or tx-rx pin)
  2. Where can find information about send data?

For each device, what is the protocol and voltage level used? E.G., i2c, serial UART, 1.8V or 3.3V.
