How can I download the kernel of 4.6? When I execute source_sync.sh, there is note that I can't link the server

When I download the kernel of 4.6 using script source_sync.sh, there is a error that “fatal: unable to connect to nv-tegra.nvidia.com:”.
How can I download the kernel?

This seems to hbe Jetson platform related, you may need to find it from Jetson Linux R32.6.1 Release Page | NVIDIA Developer
