**Hi,
I am trying to generate an API key on the NVIDIA website in order to use the “moonshotai/kimi-k2.5” model via the API.
When I click on “Generate API Key” I always get the error message “Account does not exist” at the top of the page, and no key is created.
Here is my information:
- NVIDIA account email: contato@diegovictor.com.br
- I already created and verified my NVIDIA Cloud Account using the same email.
- I am logged in with this same email on all NVIDIA sites (Developer, Cloud Account, AI/Chat catalog).
I saw in other forum threads that this can happen when the Cloud Account / NGC / Developer accounts are not correctly linked on the backend, and that the Access/Accounts team needs to link them manually.
Could you please check my account setup and link the necessary accounts so that I can generate an API key?
I have attached a screenshot showing the “Account does not exist” error at the top of the page.
