How can RTX4060Ti display card be supported by CUDA toolkit?

I have installed RTX4060Ti display card in my PC but I failed to install Tensorflow-GPU in Win11, zero number of GPU is provided to tensorflow to operate. Is RTX4060Ti not supported by CUDA toolkit?

As the processing power of RTX4060Ti is higher than RTX4060, is there some method for my PC to get supported by CUDA toolkit?

Install Cudatoolkit and cudnn for that cudatoolkit(verify the version). Then check using nvidia-smi command if gpu is listed.
