How do I create a virtual display?

Hi there, I want to create a virtual display.
My device is Tesla M10, My OS is CentOS 7.6_64 with GNOME,
I want to create an extened screen without connecting a physical display.
Does NVIDIA provide the relevant SDK? How can I do that?
