How to compute the peak bandwidth

Hi,
I’m a freshman in CUDA and parallel programming. My GPU is GTX260+:
448-bit memory interface, 896 MB GDDR3.
Can you tell me how to compute the theoretical peak bandwidth?
Ps. GPU-z tells me that the bandwidth is 112.0 GB/s. I wonder if this is just the theoretical peak bandwidth, and what dose it come from?
