How to default ConnectX 4 100gb/s VPI Card to Infiniband

Hi everyone,

I need help on how to get the card to be Infiniband at boot time without using the mst tool to change.
The reason is it is installed in a stateless node and even making the changes require a reboot which will be lost again at boot time.

I am thinking there is a way to run an update to the card and enable it by default.

Thank you for posting your query on our community. You can change the link type of ConnectX adapters through RedFish API without logging into the host OS to run ‘mlxconfig’. Please refer to the below article on how to do so.
