How to get the handle of camera when using the plugin which name "nvarguscamerasrc“?

I want to get the handle of camera to set some sensor registers,but the camera was already started by using gstreamer nvarguscamerasrc,it can’t been get handle by “open”.
How to get the handle of camera when using the plugin which name "nvarguscamerasrc“?
