How to Remove GPIO usage in device tree

I am not able to locate device tree files in jetson nano developer kit .
getting this kind of error .

can somebody help me ?

Please enter into /boot/dtb on your board first.
and run dtc command with sudo.

steps for SPI loopback test:-

There’s no space between kernel_ and tegra210-p3448-0000-p3449-0000-b00.dtb and you should run this command in /boot/dtb on your board.
