How to save video?

I am using deepstream3. How I can save the video while running deepstream-app? Must I write a plugin?

Hey , I plan to use sink to save CCTV camera files, will it be possible to

  1. save data in chunks of 15 minute recordings.
  2. Use gst-crypto with pipeline to encode and save the same data.
