How to sync RTC to system time auto when reboot

Dear NV team:
Now I can sync the RTC time to system time manually by running command “hwclock -s”.But we will use network time to update the system time if network connected when restart, but if no network connected, The orin module will automatically use RTC time to synchronize the system time, what should I do? We also have no / etc/systemd/scripts/nv_rtc_sync.sh script for the ORIN module.
