How to use cuda for video encode

HI,
Now we have 24K@30fps and 101080P@30fps cameras in vehicles, and we need to save those videos on h265. NVENC of Jetson orin only can support 2* 4K@30fps + 81080P@30fps. So we want to use GPU to encode the other 21080P@30fps. how to do that?
