How to verification the 21TOPs AI performance

 I'm using  jetson xiaver nx  now . My one of customers   asked me a question that is there any way to verification the 21 TOPS  AI performace . And we also confused the definition of AI performace and TOPS or TFOPS .Is thhere any difference between AI perfoemace  and a GPU  performance or CPU  performance .  Is that figue associate to FPS of a certain neural network  or algorithm.
Secondly ,is there any method to  reproduce this figure
